correct as is DCS World version 2.8.7.42718 - KA-50 III version 2011 - Rotor Brake not working

I played MT version 2.8.7.42718, the Ka-50 III version 2011 's Rotor brake was not working. I clicked it to switch on the Rotor brake and the rotor blade was still turning not stop for very long time.

I did not test the version 2022 and the old BS2, don't know it happen or not?

Hi, ensure you don't have any axis bound to the rotor brake, because it is bugged:

 

The best way to ensure the rotor brake works is to leave it on during engine startup. As you will see, it works very well, since it halts engines startup.

Sorry, the rotor brake is working, actually it need to wait for the rotor speed to slow down to much lower speed after engine shut off before apply the rotor brake to stop it. If rotor brake applied while the rotor speed was still very fast, it just worn out the rotor brake and cause it to not working.
