CANNOT ACCESS USER FILES - FORBIDDEN

I get this error when I tryu and access the User Files section of the site.

There is a server maintenance going on, as stated in the big red banner on top here in the forum. Perhaps that is the reason.

That's what the notice said last night, so I calculated when I could fly in my local time. It's been over two hours so I came here to check and now the notice says three hours.

The "server maintenance" banner has been on the site for days now. Seems the "due" date just gets updated. Also, it appears to be a big one, including their authority...

... and reset password gets me this...

Apparently increased from 2 hours to 3 hours in the notice.

Yeah I saw the obvious banner. I was expecting everything to be down. How about not being snarky and actuially contribute to a post something that is value added.
