hi,

elevator angle so big and trim it down need to press and hold for so long, any other way to make it return default position by setting anything?

More so than how to correct it, I'd say the question is why is it happening in the first place.

I fly the Hornet frequently and never have that happen.

Does it only happen when you do a cold start? Then recheck the startup procedure, especially the part about FCS reset and the take-off trim button.

no cold start, begin with engine started.

Make sure you are in 1/2 or FULL flaps when you take off.  If you take off in AUTO flaps you can have this issue.

ya I always use auto flap.

just curious, in real world fa18 no use auto flap when take off?

Auto flaps is only used in cruise or when you are flying an aerobatic display (and are very light because of it). Otherwise, always use half for takeoff and full for landing.
