Will f15e get nvcs like the f18 or not?

I know the navy was the only funder after the air force pulled out, but will this capability be added, as it is possible with any jhmcs system to attach and is just jhmcs with nvg?

Still, will the NVCS be included, as from how I understand, the system is compatible with JHMCS v1 and simply adds the ability to use nvg, and has been in use since 2015, right around the second ctu, and just adds the ability to use nvgs, and has already been made for the f18 https://www.navair.navy.mil/product/JHMCS-and-NVCD

Regarding the Razbam gradual updates for the F15E in line with the past real jet updates over the decades, in real time how soon may we expect to receive those updates? Can't be over the next 5 or 10 years right?
