I downloaded the texture template given on the official website, but it does not have the texture files for the cockpit, engine exhaust infrared signature suppressor and propellers. I can only find some dds files in the game folder, but I'm not sure which file is related to the part mentioned above, and dds only has one layer, which is not suitable for editing.

Forget about texture of the cockpit, you will have only external textures (you need to do own based on the original). The one is for Hind of AI only, second template is for Mi-24P:

btw. the rest textures you can take from the orignal model (as not layered textures of course).

If we don't have layered textures, how they edit those blades?

Its possible but this requires slightly more advanced knowledge of using PhotoShop or Corel.

😢That's the main problem, I have created a livery from the psd file, but I have no idea how to deal with the dds file.

Download the example livery you have, see what textures they have included in their pack, see what the description.lua has in it. Use that to create your own using original blade DDS files from the core game directory.
