reported INU not aligning - Track attached

I did a cold start after the 2.9 Beta update and found that both INU`s are not aligning properly...

After a while the Position Confidence goes green, but then both INU`s start bobbing between white and green, sometimes one is green, sometimes both but they never go full green.

I regularly have the message ''update position'' in the EUFD and on the TSD at L6 I have SA and PSN options alternatively.

Any idea ?

I have read somewhere that the INU green/white thing is only a visual bug and that the system behind is working. 

My track has 0 downloads, I dont know if they already solved this, or if this is known.
