As per topic, mods from "Saved Games/.../Mods/tech" folder having a conflict with DCS native units and stopping them to spawn in game. They still appear in the mission editor, but not in the game. Not sure if its all mods or only some. Disabling all "tech" folder seems to help for now. As per topic - mods introduced the bug with 2.9 release. one of steps to troubleshoot is to disable all mods. then keep a look out for the mods to be updated by the mod developers. it is not ED's problem that mod does not work. you should report it to the mod developer. honestly they probably already know.
