Does anyone notice the Apache flight model has optimized after v2.9 update?

In the patch note, I saw nothing about the flight model. But I felt that the landing and hovering is more stable than before.

Before v2.9, in order to make a safe hover landing, I had to change to cruise sym mode to make sure my tail wheel touched the ground first, then the front wheels. Now, it seems that I can do whatever I want such as 3 wheels touch down.

Also the hovering, I can make much more stable hovering right now. It seems that the aircraft slides less.

Yes, way better. Much more controllable after light on wheels, hover and slow speed.

Yep. Noticed that too. The pitch inputs are not that squishy/sensitive any more when hovering. And the pedal inputs seem to be more forgiving. Controlling the Apache while pressing the trim button is also more manageable now.

I think they are on a good way with these changes for the flight model.

Nothing about FM but they did work on hold modes which affect things like hovering and flying straight etc.

It does indeed fly better for sure even without a FM update.
