reported Shadows render error

shadows are in pieces and strange bars is that the SSS? or else?

new screenshots up, when I turn my head the shadow would looks like these in a bit different angles. shots are made in pause so the aircraft is in the same spot

It's mainly SSS that causes this.

disable SSS if you have it enabled, we have a report open and the team are looking into it

thank you BIGNEWY, does it require a restart? cuz I turned the SSS off in flight, but the shadows didn't change.  I'll try more, if any log of files can help you guys track it down, plz let me know.    A big thank you to ED team.

hi razor, I turned that off inflight but nothing changed. I'll try if that require a restart.

yes best to restart DCS, they should be adding that requirement soon for that setting

Is this SSS issue causing the same problem as I am seeing here on the shoreline? (see pic)
