just installed and tried it myself... for me it's same... full shadows (in LockOn) still don't work and framerate is about the same. I have no graphical glitches so I guess it's all good.

Install them over previous version without uninstall or use driver cleaner and all OK here. Same as the previous ones in BS. But as we all know BS is CPU limited so i didn't expect any improvements.

Same for me, I made profiles now to load all my games, then just right click the CCC in the system tray and activate profile, in the profile manager if you point it to the .exe of a game you activate profile and game loads, easy peasy!

Good idea. So along with Track Ir, Saitek SSt and black shark I have to load a profile from CCC. Its a good idea..............but im too lazy lol. I just want to be able to click on the game.............and it runs.

Washer UK i may adopt it will see how it goes.

I use affinity tool so I set my profile in CCC to launch that which makes things a lot easier + when I plug in my x52 the profiler auto loads so its pretty much a right click then a left click to load DCS :)

Lol, one note if you do use the profile editor before you save the profile be sure to select "save all CCC settings" or words to that effect

I must say that I won't buy ATI cards any more. Never ever. So many problems with drivers i haven't seen previously with any other hardware in my life. I still get atiumdag.dll errors, ctd, hangs, microstuttering and blue screens both under vista64 and xp32. I always switch to other drivers previously uninstalling old drivers, cleaning rest of the ATI files with proper cleaning prog. No luck to solve my issues. I already started saving money for new nVidia alternative.

Hey, i wasn't being insensitive to your issues, i'm sorry if i came across that way :)

I frequent all the ATI related forums and see lots of people with bad problems with their setups, i just wished that no-one had these issues :(

On a side note, there is a newer 9.3 Catalyst hotfix out, version 8.592

http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles/Pages/GPU-5-Catalyst93HOTFIXFireStrm.aspx

i've got this up and running this afternoon, seems fine on my old 3850.

edit: some discussion starting up about this version over here http://www.rage3d.com/board/showthread.php?t=33942797
