ZaltysZ Posted March 20, 2009 Posted March 20, 2009 I believe the X52 is a force feedback stick, it's fairly popular here and there are quite a few threads about it. X52 is non FFB stick. It has only simple single Saitek style soft spring. :) Wir sehen uns in Walhalla.
EtherealN Posted March 20, 2009 Posted March 20, 2009 Oh really? I always had the idea in my head that it was an FB stick. Slayer Posted March 21, 2009 Posted March 21, 2009 Wow you guys are brutal. He just needs some coaching. @Herguy: There are lots of people willing to help you and give pointers, it just takes some getting used to. If you could master this game in 1 day you'd be bored of it in a week and quit playing. I would suggest joining in on a multiplayer server and getting teamspeak or ventrilo and joining in one of the practice servers out there. I recieved lots of good advice from some people on there before....ironically I think it was the 159th's server... oritpro Posted March 22, 2009 Posted March 22, 2009 Herguy, I was having problems flying the Black Shark just like you but I am getting better with practice. It is not easy! Between these forums and SimHQ, as well as the training videos found on digitalcombatsimulator.com (see the link below), things are slowly starting to click. BS is one heck of a flight simulator, the most complex I've ever seen, but there is a lot of satisfaction to be gained by mastering it. As with any daunting task, sometimes the best approach is to divide and conquer--learn each system one at a time and practice...practice...practice. Hang in there!
