Mnf Posted November 18, 2023 Posted November 18, 2023 (edited) I'm getting a PTT noise effect in the latest DCS update when receiving radio calls from AWACS, is that new in the latest patch? The noise is similar to VAICOM's PTT fx when transmitting. and it is happening in AWACS and Wingman calls. I repaired DCS 3 times and renamed the DCS.openbeta folder in saved games, and it still has the same problem. no mods or anything else installed just plain vanilla DCS. the Fx effect is happening in all modules. Mnf Posted November 19, 2023 Author Posted November 19, 2023 I can hear this effect in singleplayer as well as in multiplayer, I've never used VC before or configured it. It is enabled by default in the main DCS options. I tried disabling it, but I can still hear the effect.
