fixed YJ-62 self detonates

Hey!

Apart from the cruise missile orbiting issue, there seem to be an issue with weapons using the missile scheme 'anti_ship_missile_tb', for example used by the YJ-62 antiship missile on the 052C. 

It looks like when the missile turns on its seeker it self detonates. 

Edit: As a bonus information, the YJ-83 on the 052B takes off to the sky when doing the final jump maneuver (and it uses the same missile scheme).

Hi @currenthill. I'll check tomorrow. It might be fixed internally but I'm not entirely sure.
