So. It appears WinWing is out of business.  This is what I get when trying to get to their site.  I see their downfall over the 

last 6 months.

 

502 Bad Gateway

there couldn't be ... oh i don't know another explanation?

Honestly, getting a connection error to WinWing seems to be something that happens sporadically but regularly.  It's usually back up in less than a day.

In this case it appears that they are maybe making changes on their site.  I don't recall the "Aviation training" / "Home Flight Simulator" split on entering the site before and if you select "Aviation training" it gets to what used to come up ("Home Flight" gives a 502 error currently).

So I really doubt they are out of business.

So your first thought is they are out of business.....really wtf!!!!!

Appears to be UP now.... and the F16 ICP is shown, but doesn't look like it's available for sale yet... maybe that's what they were doing (updating site), instead of going out of business.

 

EDIT:  kind of keeps coming in and out.  So, not fully up yet.

It's probably an "upgrade" to their site, that will inevitably result in downtime, and at the end they'll have a new, "redesigned" site that will be an absolute pain to even look at on anything that's not a phone, and will have lost whatever handy functionality it had after the last redesign (last DCS forum update, anyone?).
