In CASE 3 when approach officer says us ''fly Bullseye'' (near 10 nm at carrier) we can't see this line-up system for visual correcting our course. It becomes visible closer to 6 nm at carrier.

If I'm not mistaken, "fly bullseye" refers to ICLS, not LRLS.
