Yes it is working. request GND Power on ground crew menu then when they confirm is on, use the EXT PWR switch on the ENGINE Panel (Right hand side) Reset then it is spring loaded to NORM. If you want to power all the systems with ground power you’ll also need to have ground air connected and applied for equipment cooling, then all the ground power switches on the left rear will stay on 3 1
