The F/A-18C, for example, does have an ADF (Automatic Direction Finder) that's for use with NDBs, but it's not really a primary system. It works through one of the radios and I'm not entirely sure if it works in DCS, mostly because - granted - you usually will have easier methods of navigation in all modern jets.
