He told me ground power and air were not connected then it proceeded exactly as normal. I was kinda expecting him to run through the sequence and checks almost like a training mission........or is that not it? It should be similar without the switch highlights. He follows after you start the engines. Have not tried in 2.9.3 though. Haha, I did this for the first time the other day, started to get hypoxia, spent 5 seconds thinking "What the hell is this now??!"... lol... nice touch of realism there. 1 I'm not updating this anymore.
