VR default head position doesn't save

I've had this before and solved it but can't remember how. In VR I save my default head position using RAlt+Num0 but the next time I open a mission it's back to factory default. I tried deleting my snapviews.lua, but to no avail.

Hi! If it only happens with this mission, open your .miz in a zip handler and delete the "Config" folder.

Or does it happen with any mission? Same aircraft or different aircraft too?

Is "User Snap-View Saving" checked in your DCS Misc. options?

Wait, it was indeed a config folder saved within the mission. Why does that even happen?

I know two ways:

1. Rename a .trk into a .miz
2. Use "Prepare mission" feature then exit

I've always thought that 2 was a feature, not a bug. But since it's a tool for mission designers, I'd rather hear your say than mine. I've always avoided this feature like a plague because I know it creates this Config folder...
