When I go into the module download viewer in the sim it provdes me with a long list of all of the modules I can install. However there are several outdated ones I don't care about (like Blackshark 2), how can I get rid of these so they don't appear in the download list?

To clarify, they aren't installed, but they are appearing as an option to install which I don't want (since they are superseded by newer versions)

Acer Predator Triton 700 || i7-7700HQ || 512GB SSD || 32GB RAM || GTX1080 Max-Q || FFB II and Thrustmaster TWCS Throttle || All DCS Modules

Can't you use the disabled slider, or is that one only available when modules are installed.

I also have The Channel map sitting there, which is also always reminding me by the Module Manager icon and that red circle and number 1 inside. Is it possible to remove that unusable map (now its Normandy 2) from DCS or at least stop notifying me at all times?

The Channel terrain is usable, it is not Normandy 2

To quote myself. Unfortunately, you can only disable DLCs that are installed. Which is a bummer.
