reported Elevation Bar Scan issue

Elevation bar scan number is suppose to alternate between number 1,2,3,4 in TWS and 1,2,4 in RWS (and VSR) modes.

So when having selected 3 in TWS and switching to RWS it then addes each time +2, so it does go to 5,7,9,....

PS: forgot to say, it can be reset with going to TWS mode and back to RWS.

Thanks for bringing this up, quite a find there, very specific.

I've reported this internally for analysis.

RWS has a bug where you can get set the bar scan setting to do more than 4 bars, and the radar does behave accordingly.

Steps how to replicate:

1. Go to A2A Master mode.
2. Go to TWS (by TMS right long).
3. Cycle the bars setting to 3 bar scan.
4. Switch to RWS (by TMS right long) - Notice RWS is now set to 3 bars. Which should be impossible.
5. Cycle the bars setting - See bars go to 5, 7, 9, etc.

Fix by going back to tws, cycling bar scan to 4 bars, and go back to RWS. Should be fixed.
