Still waiting for my email

i used the redeem code from my HB store profile. I’m now waiting for ED to produce the update so I can download. Why are we waiting?

I used the code I got in my confirmation email from Heatblur Simulations <noreply@sendowl.com> late last year

I can think of nothing heavier than an airplane
I can think of no greater conglomerate of steel and metal
I can think of nothing less likely to fly

I have accidentally deleted my confirmation mail with the key and can't get it back. 

I tried everything. 😢

 

So so we get another mail prior to the release or will I have to contact the heatblur support and and ask them to resend my mail to the given address?

Did you buy the Phantom directly from Heatblur? If so, you can log in to Heatblur and go to your past orders and retrieve the key there.

That did the Trick. Should have figured it out by myself... 😅

I was on my account on the HB store and wasn't aware that I have actually to click on the purchase to see the details of the order. Must be due to all the excitement!

Well, I also stood by the point when I wanted to check whether the serial key could be found there.
I then simply tried to search for clickable places, thinking that it should certainly be possible to send the key again.

We were given an extension until tomorrow to look for the key 😅

I ordered mine late Monday the 20th of May from the DCS webstore.  Got a confirmation and an order number in an email but am not seeing an entry in my module manager.  Is there a queue?  Should I wait for a couple of days or contact support?

Do we recive emails with the keys also? I didnt recive any mail with the key yet.
