reported JDAM Arming Delay

When loaded in new jet, hot start and GBU-38 with Plugged Short Conical nose, FMU-152 tail fuze set to 4 sec AD,

in jet SMS > CNTL page AD starts at 0 then with pressing OSB it goes to 4.5 instead of 4 sec, after cycling AD to lowest value it replaces 0 with 4 sec and continues the cycle normally.

It should switch from 0 to 4.
