DmitriKozlowsky Posted May 26, 2024 Posted May 26, 2024 This is one is confusing me. I hold down start untill RPM reaches 300, then bring throttle to IDLE. Then release START. Then engine start up dies and FIRE light goes ON. THats it for the session. The engine is gone. I dont quite get what I am doing wrong.

Hold it only for 2-3 seconds. 1
fausete Posted May 26, 2024 Posted May 26, 2024 Also, make sure you don't have the throttle out of stop and the engine fuel valve open at the same time when engine is off. 1
gulredrel Posted May 28, 2024 Posted May 28, 2024 Yeah, Don't hold the start switch for too long. I usually hold it for two potatoes and wait for going to idle when needle reaches 600 rpm. I think it's better to have some more rpm instead of less or minimum.
DmitriKozlowsky Posted May 29, 2024 Author Posted May 29, 2024 Ignitewrs are too quiet. Need to hear the distinctive CLICK CLACK CLICK of igniters sparking the ignition chamber. Otherwise, I have now got cold start +INU process handled. Though I am not tottally solid yet.

It doesn't work like that, also ATAR 9K50 use a small engine to start the bigger one, the ignition in those engines works more like a flamethrower tbh 1 My Setup : i5-4690 3.50GHz + 24GB RAM DDR3 1600MHz + MSI RTX 2060 Super Ventus OC + 2 SSD + 4 HDD + Oculus Rift CV1 + TM T.16000M Hotas Super Etendard for Life !
