mods conflict Strange turboprop sound

Hi 

I've noticed that the turboprop aircrafts makes some strange sound

Tried repair, but same thing. Any idea, how to fix it?

 

Edit: after a deep investigation, it seem that it comes from the ECHO19 Core ultimate.

Yes. It is, as the cause is external of DCS core.
