Openly looking for new squadron to join/Heli +/ Fixed Wing

Im looking to for a new squadron that operates pretty much any aircraft in DCS. Ive many hours in quite a few aircraft including the AH64, Mi24, F-18, UH1H, P51, Spitfire, A-10C...yada yada. I am interested in learning how to fly the Kiowa, F-4E, AH64, and generally any other aircraft that has multicrew capability I recently retired and have some free time to learn new things, and would like to start learning on some of these new modules that have come our way over the last year or two.

What I am looking for in a squadron may be a bit much:

• Milsim-ish - not high on themselves, non mandatory weekly flights; checklists ok, but no ass chewing for missing something...Im getting too old.
• Great people who are knowledgeable; ADULT and thick skinned who dont cry at the smallest things, but overall respectful and mindful
• Professional/Relaxed atmosphere
• Mainly interested in learning the F-4E, KW, AH-64, CH47 when it drops, MI24, or really any cold war aircraft

I have other hobbies outside of DCS, so my time has to be flexible to fit this all in. There isnt a module that I do not have, and there are a few modules I do not hold any hours in. Been in and out of DCS over the last 2 years because of relocating for work and getting my pit working 100% and I feel like Im there now. I am also interested in perhaps starting my own squadron if need be. Im mostly interested in heli ops, but I absolutely do love FW work as well.

good question...I usually try more to fix my rig than anything else, but thats finally come to an end. not quite sure when Ill pick back up again, but probably really soon.

I'm interested as well, and desire a similar squadron. I reside in the CDT Zone. I'm unable to commit to a specific schedule due to my Fam/occupation. 

I prefer NAVAIR, but willing to learn other platforms. Most of my time is in the Hornet and Tomcat, but I'm not yet able to fully exploit them to their fullest.
