Your work is totally amazing! I showed my little project with my flightchair in another thread and If I had seen this before I posted I would never had posted that cause mine looks like bird shit compared to yours. If I had the money and the knowledge I would build one right away but I lack both :P

Good luck in the future and all kudos to you mate!

As long as you are flying it doesn't matter what it looks like =) It's always nice to see what other people are using to fly with =)

@Bad CrC and the other Pitbuilders

Can you give a little describtion what kind and how manny I/O cards are necessary for a Project like your's ( ..or Triggers:megalol: ) ? I follow the discussions as best as i can, but now I'm confused. :cry: Next days I'm starting the woodparts and I will follow up to a full functional Pit, time after time... .

As seccond, are the warninglights at the top pannel working ??

Thanks in advance !

Looks like the Ke ones are the favorites ? Some guys use OpenCockpit Cards, too. I'm not to familiar with all the stuff but i read something about better output abilities, but not yet with BS ??

Thanks !!

Hagstrom is in the US so they are easier to get a hold of for us North Americans. If I lived over near you I would probably use a different solution.

Curintly BS does not have out put Lua. So the need for a IO card that suports this is not needed. If Bs becomes able to suport such a feature I will have to buy a OC card or somthing that of the same sort.

Home built PC Win 10 Pro 64bit, MB ASUS Z170 WS, 6700K, EVGA 1080Ti Hybrid, 32GB DDR4 3200, Thermaltake 120x360 RAD, Custom built A-10C sim pit, TM WARTHOG HOTAS, Cougar MFD's, 3D printed UFC and Saitek rudders. HTC VIVE VR.

So it could be a good call to use OC Cards in hope DCS will expand the LUA abilities in the future. That means no data to gauges, ECRAN, Systemwarnings..ect. atm. ? And further all the lights that works are more or less on/off conditions ?

Greetings

hello, I have something similar (three pics are in my gallery).

1 = 90 cm

2= 97.5 cm (approx)

3 = 18 cm

right side console needs to be 76.5 (ish) cm.

Sorry guys. I was off in Spain for 10 days without internet connexion. Just came back today.

Oakes: Thanks for the script. Now I need to identify each joystick among my 11 input devices. Guess it's gonna be fun. :D

Kirai: My knowledge was around zero when I started this project back in January. But there are really good and gifted people on this forum who helped me a lot!!

Schwinn: Hey hey. The round switch guards are... plastic bottle caps. Badoit red for the red ones. Coca cola zero for the black ones. :P:P:P:P

Flyingaustrich: The easiest solution for me was to use 9 Leo Bodbard's USB cards for the input part. Black Shark is dead easy to configure with USB devices. For output, I bought some opencockpit parts: one mastercard + 1 output card + one segment display controller. But I am waiting for the SDK from ED to start the outputs implementation of my cockpit. So, no, the warninglights of the top panel are not functional yet.

Stelios 2000: For my pit I got 1: about 93 cm, 2: 100 cm, 3: 18.5 cm.

I guess JG14 Smil did meant 18 cm :P, not 180.:D

LOL thats what my youngest son told me to use. Good idea and thank you Bad.

In case you missed it in the other thread BaDCrC: your multimon numbers. Make sure you use the phantom fix exe, because your main display isn't centred.

Awesome and inspiring work by the way.

Note that Mike Powell's second book is about to be released, which has details for building your own interfacing boards.

I'm so jealous. Glad you got it going.

Do you have your Q6600 overclocked? Makes a big difference. Mine went from 2.4GHz to 3.2GHz without so much as a burp. And a new GPU will help you a lot with the huge resolution.
