When opening the new DCS Voice chat UI, the Radio Mode button is slightly greyed out and I can't click it or swap out of Room Mode. Chat works in Room Mode, and friends confirmed the radios are transmitting, just with no audio. I used to use SRS before this and still have it installed, but we aren't using it on the server and after looking through all sorts of options, I can't find what might be causing this.

There's no mention I've found of this button being greyed out, yet it must be intentional functionality with some cause I don't know yet. Anyone have any ideas that may help? I'll compensate you with pictures of my cat!

Hi. The Radio mode icon stays grey as long as you are not in a cockpit. Were you in a cockpit?

Yes, I was in the cockpit the entire time; Though that's a good thing to know and it makes me wonder if it's related to views / camera control in some way?

No, I doubt it has anything to do with views/cameras.

What I meant is that the Vocie Chat window shows a white (clickable) Radio icon as soon as it detects radio devices (R-828, AN/ARC-210...). I was thinking maybe "Easy comms" would prevent the use of the Radio mode, but it does not (just tried).

I'll try something else.

EDIT: so, I've just tried to spawn in an aircraft with "Radio" disabled (ME option for AI units) but I could not reproduce your issue.
