fixed Phantom Install Files

When I start up either World or OB I get a red indication that there's files to be installed.  When I click on the available button there aren't any files to be installed.  Anyone know how I can fix this error?

It's one of known issues of the new launcher and how it deals with authentication. If all your modules work fine, you can ignore it for now and wait for official fix that will come eventually.

It seems to be fixed now.
