Animated cargo loading and offloading

As per the title, its pretty odd that a CARGO helicopters main item just teleports in or out instead of having an animation for loading/offloading.
I think it would be neat to see actual ground crew operations doing cargo loading and offloading at airbases/airports and soldiers when operating in the field.

Cards on the table - I have no interest in flying helos but  they are useful to integrate into missions and for cinematic purposes.  To this end, for the first time,  I have incorporated the new (long awaited) CH-47 into a mission.  Helo flies in - troops embark, helo flies to LZ - troops disembark.  It all works BUT...
Imagine my surprise as
1) The cargo door doesn't open?
2) The troops don't climb aboard they simply disappear?
3) Then using F4 to look inside I see the helo is empty?
Remember, this is the first time I have used embark / disembark in 4 years of DCS so the whole thing was a big, disappointing surprise.  I can only imagine that this total lack of any realistic animation is due to EA on this module?  As the Chinook is really ONLY a transport aircraft, the total lack of believable transportation seems to undermine the very existence of this module?

I now believe that ED has only one person in the team who deals with this sort of thing.

The animations of the ground troops currently suck. The Georgian soldiers and rebels have halfway decent movements. The US soldiers still have the charm of wooden toys. It also takes months/years to implement a VR pilot body. They're great, but you can tell there's only one person doing it, and it's off to the side.
It would be great to have more than a handful of ground troops. Get rid of the kneeling guy with the bazooka. He floats around the land on his knees.

Transporting troops with visible troops in a helicopter, that would be something. But the poor guy in ED won't be able to do that for the next 10 years.
And animated soldiers getting into the helicopter and sitting down? I don't think so.

And to come back to the topic, it is absolutely implausible that the animated ground crew carry any crates out of the cargo hold or even reload cargo with an autonomous forklift.
As much as I would like to see that, we will NOT see that.

That made me laugh but yes, I remember Ghost Recon in the early 2000s having far superior animation, I am aware that ED would say they focus on flight modeling and aerodynamic accuracy however I also know that DCS cinematic videos sell the "game" to newcomers and having The Woodentops charging around doesn't help marketing.
