fixed Radio source selector tooltip: R-828 and JADRO positions in wrong order

Don't know if this was reported before or in comparison with another bug, at least, I couldn't find it.

The order of the radio sources in the tooltip of the radio source selector knob is wrong.

The R-828 and JADRO positions are in the wrong order.

currently it reads:

R-863 / NF / JADRO / R-828 / ARC-15 / ARC-U2

should be:

R-863 / NF / R-828 / JADRO / ARC-15 / ARC-U2
