Define near future. According to these forums I'd say no.

Near future as in maybe sometime in the next three years or more because heat blur has a lot to do right now with the F-4E, the A-6 AI, we cannot forget the Eurofighter, the bugs with the F-14 and the AJS-37 Viggen.

No. They have 3 current modules to maintain and update, next one in dev is Eurofighter, then A-6, then maybe Navy F-4. They only said about possibility of F-14B(U) and not near future.

HB said that there is insufficient information for AN/APG-71 so the answer is no
