With "use mouse" ticked, the cursor disappears after a short period of mouse inactivity. Any mouse movement or click brings it back. With it unticked it remains on as far as I recall.

If you bind "clickable cockpit" toggle in general keybinds, for each airframe, that should allow you to toggle on/off. Default binding is L or R Ctrl + C... I forget which Ctrl...

Cheers! That was the solution I was looking for. Thanks a lot for your assistance!

By having the Use mouse box unticked in VR, I always have the yellow cross where I want it when I need it, and by toggle it on/off, I have full control of it.
