GoblinOneOne Posted December 25, 2024 Posted December 25, 2024 Just started flying the MB-339A after the update and cannot figure out how to power or uncage the ADI. In the manual it says the attitude director indicator is powered from the 115 V ac primary bus via the “AHRS” circuit breaker, this breaker is engaged. It also states The “OFF” flag will be in view (for a period of about 1 minute) during warm-up of the vertical gyro and during fast erection, however mine stays off. 1
gulredrel Posted December 25, 2024 Posted December 25, 2024 Looks like a bug introduced with the update. Main ADI will not power on doing a cold start. Switching on the AHRS switch and waiting for alignment only the FD bars move out of the way. Doing a hot start from ramp or airstart, the ADI works fine and also switching ARHS power off powers it down and let it tumble. 20241225_MB339_main_ADI not_working_on_cold_start.trk 2

IvanK Posted January 21 Posted January 21 Not fixed. ADI does not power up after Cold and dark start. Despite the changelog saying it was fixed. Guess the Fix didn't make the compile. Really need a Hot fix for this rather than waiting another month for a fix. 5

Bigskill Posted February 18 Posted February 18 As workaround Auto-start and hot Start should be working properly. Fix was suposed to be released last patch but for some reason wasnt included. It will be with the next patch.
