reported earlier SEC engine check not working properly.

Referencing your F-16C manual. When i set the SEC switch to SEC and snap the throttle to MIL, the engine is unable to rise above 70% RPM before the FTIT skyrockets to almost 1000. Sometimes there is also a loud "bang" to be heard after i pull the throttle back because the engine is malfunctioning. It seems though if i slowly rise the RPM to 70% and then snap to MIL, it works well. Attached a short track on caucasus showing the issue.
