I have disabled the hot plugging.

Vsync off

Using RTX 4070

32gb RAM

Intel i5 13600K

Win 10 pro, running at high performance power plan and running on SSD.

So far, this issue is scene with Caucasus map and even Persian Gulf, using F-18 and even F-14 on carrier landing quick mission. This extreme stutter makes it very unplayable. However, what I so far found was that, this happens when you in in the vicinity of the carrier, not much issues with simple missions in Caucuses, like just VFR landing or just shore navigation.

Delete fxo and metashaders, then try with this settings:

You have only 32GB of ram, reduce preload radius to maximum 60000.

Also try with a fixed pagefile of at least 32GB.

I have no performance issues while landing in any region/weather/time (Nv 552.44).

It appears the only solution that I had found that clears 90 percent of my stutters is setting the affinity from taskbar on DCS.exe to uncheck the 8th core selection every time I start DCS. Before, in some cases, like in Instant carrier landing missions, it was like slideshow.

Anyways, thanks for the help, I had also reduced the pre-load radius.
