fixed "Cabin Pressure Switch - NORMAL" Needs FIX

The Cabin Pressure binding for NORMAL is incorrect.

"Cabin Pressure Switch - NORMAL" Functions the same as "Cabin Pressure Switch - Defog Only"

"Down" Maps to "NORMAL" in the cockpit.  So use down
