MickV Posted January 21 Posted January 21 Cross-posting in here just to make sure its in the Bugs & Problems section - as per the title, the SPO-10 RWR lights aren't working. The audio tones appear to be working, and it seems like it'll pick up a lock, but no lights. New since the 20 Jan 2025 update. Thanks,

20k Posted January 25 Posted January 25 A number of people I know have been able to reproduce this bug as well. Apparently using a custom cockpit may work around this, so it might be a broken texture? 1

II.JG1_Vonrd Posted January 26 Posted January 26 I thought that I had found it... the file for the lights is "MiG21Bis_CP_020" located in (Drive):\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\aircraft\MIG-21bis\Textures. I have a pre-update version of DCS and the lights work fine in that version. The MiG21Bis_CP_020 in the older version is a .dds file while in the post update it is a .tga file. I tried removing the .tga and replacing it with the older .dds file but the lights still don't work. In the Model Viewer with the cockpit edm loaded the following draw args control some of the functions. 226 - Test button 227 - Day / Night 601 thru 604 - Amber lights 605 - Center "Lock" light Does anyone know the lua file that controls the lights and where it's located? 1

Esac_mirmidon Posted January 26 Posted January 26 (edited) Fixed using this file, credits to @OpticFlow for pointing me to use the file from his linked cockpit mod. Edited to replace the english text with russian letters Just download the file an move to C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Mods\aircraft\MIG-21bis\Textures MiG21Bis_CP_020.tga Edited January 26 by Esac_mirmidon 6 " You must think in russian.." Maybe it needs the description lua in the Cockpit_MiG-21bis folder. I'll try that later.
cesarferrolho Posted January 27 Posted January 27 Thank You @OpticFlow !! Your solution did it for me ! 1
Parabe11um Posted February 10 Posted February 10 Same as above, lights didn't work for EWR until I installed the cockpit mod posted by OpticFlow.
