You sir are my hero. can’t wait for you to post the instructions, so I can also get this working. Obviously I did get it for the PMDG 777, but deep down I always hoped I could also use it for the Chinook, C130 and A10. fantastic work sir. All buttons are perfectly usable in DCS setups, I use the PFP-7 in the A-10 and Apache, so there's nothing stopping you from using the functionality mind you I fly VR, so the screen does not have any added value (though I still would love to see things fully functional) 1 Intel I5 13600k / AsRock Z790 Steel Legend / MSI 4080s 16G Gaming X Slim / Kingston Fury DDR5 5600 64Gb / Adata 960 Max / HP Reverb G2 v2 Rhino FFB / Virpil MT50 Mongoost T50 Throttle, T50cm Grip, VFX Grip, ACE Rudder / WinWing Orion2 Navy, UFC&HUD, PTO2, 2x MFD1, PFP7 / Logitech Flight Panel / VKB SEM V / 2x DIY Bodnar Button Panels

I also own a PFP7, so i'm curious to see what Kurisu did to get the PFP3 work, as i would be able to either clone or adapt the mcdu-dotnet lib i used to get the A10C work with the A320 Mcdu. Should come sooner as he updated the Lib to now handle the 777 too ! Edited August 12 by Cerppo

Kurisu Posted August 14 Posted August 14 currently writing my own rust library cause im not the biggest fan of C#. This isnt supposed to be a "mines gonna be better" but merely serve as an additional tool for people to acomplish what they want in the way they want it 1
Chipwich Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago (edited) Big thanks to everyone working on this. I have the MCDU and PFP 7, so could do some testing time permitting. I mostly fly DCS in VR, but have been straying to the dark side of FS2024 lately out of curiosity and for professional reasons. With regards to using the panels with VR, I haven't done this yet, but it looks like you can create a mask using Open Kneeboard (OKB) and toggle a passthrough window to use the panel when needed. To take it further, you could create a horizontal rectangle showing your keyboard and any other peripherals like a Stream Deck or WW CDU. Press a HOTAS button whenever you need to input data or twist a knob. There are several YT videos of home pit builders using this technique for MR. EDIT: Found a video describing how to change fonts, if anyone feels the need. Chipwich Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago Yeah, I think that you need a Quest 3 or newer to make it worthwhile. R7 5800X3D / 64GB / MOZA AB9 Base / TIANHANG F-16 Grip / VPC T-50CM3 Throttle / Ace Flight Pedals / RTX 4080 Super / Meta Quest 3
