RealDCSpilot Posted February 2 Posted February 2 1. use NVcleanstall and only install Nvidia driver, HD audio and PhysX https://www.techpowerup.com/download/techpowerup-nvcleanstall/ 2. get Nvidia Profile Inspector https://github.com/Orbmu2k/nvidiaProfileInspector/releases 3. do this (and check and maybe revert former settings for the Digital Combat Simulator Black Shark profile) 5 2 i9 13900K @5.5GHz, Z790 Gigabyte Aorus Master, RTX4090 Waterforce, 64 GB DDR5 @5600, PSVR2, Pico 4 Ultra, HOTAS & Rudder: all Virpil with Rhino FFB base made by VPforce, DCS: all modules

No need to remember anything. BTW: really works for me as well. Condition: green
jhonsip Posted Wednesday at 05:17 PM Posted Wednesday at 05:17 PM (edited) Thanks! That’s a solid setup. I’ll use NVCleanstall to keep the install clean, and will check the DCS profile in NVIDIA Profile Inspector as suggested. Appreciate the tip! Edited Wednesday at 05:18 PM by jhonsip

Add the below line to your C:\Users\username\Saved Games\DCS\Config\autoexec.cfg file to set the DLSS preset, this is still C by default. You will need to create this file if it does not already exist. DLSS_Preset = 'K' You can add this line as well if you don’t want DLSS applied to MFDs and HUD to keep them sharp with no ghosting for greater control. HUD_MFD_after_DLSS = true 3 AMD 7800x3D, 4080Super, 64Gb DDR5 RAM, 4Tb NVMe M.2, Quest 2
