Will the F-35A include an option to utilize the drogue chute? This would seem to be a highly necessary part for operating the F-35A as done by the RNoAF (initial asking customer), RDAF, RNLAF,BAF, and RCAF.

The drogue chute pod is considered "vital" to the operations done by RNoAF and seemingly also other customers who have ordered the option. Leaving it out, even as an opt-in mission editor option, would be pretty detrimental to operating the plane as any of these important export customers.

Here a picture released by the Norwegian military showcasing F-16 (left) and F-35 (right) drogue switch in the cockpits:

And here a RNoAF F-35A using the chute:

As per LM themselves the pod is attachable and detachable in the same manner as any given pylon or rail, meaning this is field-level work to install or remove.

I am aware and in the same breath they mentioned liveries for the export nations I mentioned above. Hence why I asked - drogue chute would be essentially vital for flying with those colors, operating like they would do (icy runways and highway/road bases).
