Clarification regarding external stores.

I’d like to ask for some clarification regarding the planned weapon loadouts for the F-35A module in DCS. Specifically, I’m curious whether the external pylons STA 2, 3, 9, and 10 with BRU-68/A racks are going to be implemented. It would be great to know if the option for external stores is planned.

I’ve looked through the FAQ, and it doesn’t seem to indicate that these stations will be included—mainly because there’s no mention of the types of ordnance typically carried on those pylons. It’s worth noting that these external pylons were certified during SDD certification program back in 2015, so it fits the timeline.

Any insight from the developers would be much appreciated.

For now all we have is the information in the FAQ, as we get more detail and if weapon loadouts change we will update the FAQ.

FAQ states that the AIM-9X will be carried and that is external stores only on the -35, so that should kinda hint that there will be external stores.

Still there's no info about STA 2/3 and 9/10.

NineLine just posted that they'll update as it goes along, so nobody knows and probably they're just starting it, or at a point where they're not going to push out information about stores just yet, which he said that they'll update us. Dev work takes time, so be patient. Hell they may not know themselves, so just wait until they update the FAQ, which was told that they will update over time.

The main issue here is that they need to tweak the RCS depending on the number of pylons and ordenance and my educated guess is they still haven't started the work on the revamped RCS system.
