bonesvf103 Posted June 27 Posted June 27 After the last patch, the aircraft always by default has the left and right wheel brakes engaged. THey appear fine in the controls adjusment, but not in the pit. If I push my rudder toe brakes to full brake, the brakes disengage, so the toe brakes on the rudder is opposite what they should be. I tested it in the F-16 and F-14 and it worked fine. it only happens in the Hornet. Anyone else experience this? v6, boNes "Also, I would prefer a back seater over the extra gas any day. Solution Tholozor Posted June 27 Solution Posted June 27 Have you tried inverting the brake axes? 1 REAPER 51 | Tholozor VFA-136 (c.2007): https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3305981/ Arleigh Burke Destroyer Pack (2020): https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3313752/

This is pretty common behavior for most modules. I'm surprised they have fixed this in the Tomcat and the Viper. It wasn't likte that before.Cheers! Edit: BTW the title is misleading. It's not the rudder axis that's reversed. It's the toe brake axis. Click on the top of your post to edit the title. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
bonesvf103 Posted June 27 Author Posted June 27 (edited) I thought of that but-- 1) I couldn't find the axis setting at the time (I did now) and 2) Not having to do this before, or for the other modules, is this a bug? It only happened after the last 2 patches. It works now. v6, boNes Edited June 27 by bonesvf103 "Also, I would prefer a back seater over the extra gas any day. I don't consider it a bug since I need to do this basically in every module. I'd rather call it bad design/implementation. What worries me, is that it happened out of the blue. bonesvf103 Posted June 29 Author Posted June 29 Good to know, Max, thanks. Maybe it happened before but so long ago that I didn't remember it. v6, boNes 1 "Also, I would prefer a back seater over the extra gas any day.
