Agreed. It's really disappointing to see how inaccurate the current flight model/SCAS is. Maybe they should just let their SMEs have a go at it.

Quick question: are you working on the entire rotor model or just the tail rotor? I'm a little confused because the main rotor also appears to have a torque problem, which has been confirmed. Good to hear that the yaw behaviour is being adjusted.
