DCS World not responding

Hi guys,

I've got this annoying thing going on were DCS World just stops responding in the middle of a multiplayer session. Worth mentioning is that the sound is still going while the program is non responsive.

Can someone please have a look to see what might be going on?

i believe i know the issue. the last message in logs

i looked at the memory being allocated in the DCS log. 

2025-08-31 19:09:51.783 INFO    APP (Main): CPU cores: 12, threads: 24, System RAM: 130981 MB, Pagefile: 192000 MB

your page file is huge. i bet your disk is huffing and puffing. change the settings to a fixed amount or let windows manage the size. i have 128 GB of RAM and only have a 32 GB static page file.

Thank you for digging into my problem.

I have changed the pagefile now so Windows is managing it. Gonna test it out and see how it goes. Will report back.

I’ve had exactly the same thing happening to me. I’ve had to shut down the computer to get out of it.

Don't have a clue about pagefile sizes or how and what to mess with. I’ll keep an eye on it, good luck Razor
