Looking for modd or file that outlines the CW Germany Map

Hi all,

Is there any modd or file to download that outlines the CW Germany map ? Would be great if east/west border of Gemany was outlined,

historical army formations, historical invasion plans, supply depots, military airfield in use, logistic routes and so on.
