You said sustained turn rate is 21°/s at 500 Knots, but it should be 21°/s at 460 knots, big big difference !

With a turn rate of 21°/s at 500 Knots, the ED mig29 is a pig with wings 🙂

However, I’d really like to know (perhaps I simply missed the performance data for the earlier variant) where your figure of a 3-degrees-per-second difference in turn rate comes from, and why you’re referring to a sustained turn when the video was clearly discussing instantaneous turn rate.

Well, Contact Lights EM of the previous flight model showed 18.1 deg/s sustained, 25.5 instant, so it’s markedly improved in both. That’s what I’m referencing. Your video talks about sustained rate also. It is the whole point of your center line on EM. 
 

Also you got 21.0, not like 21.3 or 21.5 right? 
 

And I assume for ITR you did turn off the AOA limiter COC-3 when testing?

Now that you know the speed range where the sustained turn rate reaches its maximum and remains nearly flat, set the aircraft mass to each of the two values you mentioned and run the test directly in the simulator at those same speeds. Then compare the results.

If maintaining a full 360° sustained turn is difficult, just capture the most stable portion of the turn instead. Use the heading change shown in the status bar together with the elapsed time to calculate the turn rate. That will give you a clear, quantitative difference between the two masses.

And just as a reminder, there’s a reason why every Ps diagram and every ROT chart always specifies the exact aircraft mass for the given case — mass is a fundamental parameter that directly shapes the sustained turn envelope.

Now the R27's are hitting all that's left is for them to fix the AP oscillations and the drogue chute animation upon 2nd use. I'm easy to please. This plane is a joy even with a borked rwr. I fly online and never use it unless I want to know if there's a bandit locking me from my 6.

The Aekran display corruption still needs fixing, and the Aekran is still in Russian even with English cockpit selected. The landing lights still shine through the fuselage, and I find that on hot-start missions the Beacon 1-button is forced pressed in, disabling the ability to select other waypoints than the first.

Check your special settings, I have all in Eng, but metric instruments... But strange things happened after cutting off autopilot: while diving with full AB it started loosing speed and range indication was 0, after turning off/on the damper all systems were back to normal.

True. I got too excited with the R27s actually hitting the target. One even hit after I regained a lost lock.

So have I: I used the full-Russian cockpit up until this latest patch as it was the only combination that worked properly - but I wanted to check the “fixes”.
