Hi, I know this is a beginner's post, but could someone please tell me what I need to do to remove this warning? I've been seeing DCS from the beginning, but I've never given it any thought. Best regards, and thanks.

usually setting the trim correctly before takeoff  based upon weight takeoff weight at the boat

As speed-of-heat noted, are you setting your trim before take off? Could this be the issue.

If on shore, pushing the T/O button will set nose up trim to 12 degrees. Step 53 in Chuck's Guide start-up procedure.

On a carrier trim needs to be set based on aircraft weight; 16 - 19 degrees.

Here are from Chuck's Guide...

The screenshot has been taken in flight, so it can't be a takeoff trim issue.

yes it can if you take off from the carrier with an incorrect trim ....

I believe you also need to ensure you're in the correct flaps config before to button.

I'm away from the sim, so someone may need to confirm that statement
