bill Posted August 28, 2009 Posted August 28, 2009 OKAY, I FLEW TO THE HOLDING POINT, TARGETED THE BLDG AFTER PROMPT FAC, KILLED INFANTRY, HELP POST FOR 15 MINUTES WHILE SU-34 CIRCLED AREA, FLEW BACK TO SKALA FARP AND LANDED AND SHUT DOWN..DID NOT GET CREDIT FOR MISSION COMPLETE..WHAT DID I DO WRONG? THANKS FOLKS BILL

Another hint - if you wonder what went wrong, just use the Track Replay feature and watch if you forgot to follow any orders. If you want to watch the track-replay later, find the "\Ka-50\Temp\LastMissionTrack.trk" file, copy it, rename it, and save it for watching later. The mind is like a parachute. SpyderRyder Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Yes.. blow up the house with rockets ... after a minute or two a car tries to escape from the area... you will get a radio signal asking you to destroy the car. Just wait a little after you blow up the entire house... it does not auto target the building itself... do that manually or with rockets from a closer distance. Hope this helps... Spyder
Latitude Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Yep, I remember this one well. It is the car. I missed it too on it's initial escape. What I did was hover arround the town and use targeting system to search for the car. You will find it parked up in a cluster of buildings (it is the only car visible). Destroy it and you get the mission success.
bill Posted September 10, 2009 Author Posted September 10, 2009 finally got it..my mistake was that the building isnt targeted in red. you have to find it and fire he or rockets, then you see the car leaving and its targeted in red. i found it helps to spot the building and car if you shut off your night vision once the su drops flares. thanks for everyones advise...thanks spyder/latitude

Migo Posted September 27, 2009 Posted September 27, 2009 I have not been able to target lock the escaping car, don't know why. Somebody know what might have been wrong ? I manually sent 2 rockets to it then but targetlock would have been big help.
