Gunfreak Posted Friday at 03:01 PM Posted Friday at 03:01 PM Pretty basic. And I'm sure the answer is easy to find. But I'm not by my PC. I've tried to open the ramp. But nothing works. Not from the loadmaster or cockpit. 1 i7 13700k @5.2ghz, GTX 5090 OC, 128Gig ram 4800mhz DDR5, M2 drive.
H60MTI Posted Friday at 03:18 PM Posted Friday at 03:18 PM I just want to open the ramp Lol 1 Former SSG US Army UH-60A/L/M Crewchief "2 To Fly!"

H60MTI Posted Friday at 05:16 PM Posted Friday at 05:16 PM And make sure the AUX pump is on as well. For some reason, the ramp doesn't tie into the main hydraulic system... 2 Former SSG US Army UH-60A/L/M Crewchief "2 To Fly!"

Hmm, interesting... I have had no issues opening the3 cargo ramp from the pilot seat by pressing and hold Ramp Switch – Open (toggle) while in the air. You have to hold it about 10-15 seconds in order to open the ramp > 58% (required for air drop). You can view progress via opening the Cargo menu via Cargo Menu Show/Hide and clicking CARGO/LOAD to get to the right page. Of course this is from a hot start on a dynamic spawn, so I haven't gone through the manual startup yet, so there could have been some items that were taken care of automatically on the ground. H60MTI Posted Friday at 05:55 PM Posted Friday at 05:55 PM It's down by the anti-skid switch. 1 Former SSG US Army UH-60A/L/M Crewchief "2 To Fly!"

It's the very last backup system and has a hand pump on the circuit with it's own little reservoir, important to have brakes available under any circumstance even with engines and power off and cold parked. Hand pump also runs the cargo doors so the Loady doesn't need to fire up power to load. 1
Swagger897 Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago Worked fine for me in the tutorial. Go to do the same thing on the ground and nothing works like I was instructed. What does work is using the cargo/load panel on the efb and selecting down.
Someone Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago If you are on the ground, you need to disable the weight on wheels override. This is done via the amus (small screens up top) Preflight -> ramp /door wow ovrd
